- Access Key, Secret Key;
- Database type, version, status, instance name, home directory;
- Virtualization platform, virtual machine;
- Array card controller information, disk information, connector information;
- Library information;
- System user activity status information.
3. Stored Information
Information collected from and stored in your environment may include, without limitation:
- Username;
- Password;
- Files, databases, virtual machines, operating systems;
- Settings.
The location, storage method, and storage retention period of the information are:
- Storage location: Backup server, storage server, client server;
- Storage method: Encrypted storage in the database;
- Storage retention period: The information is retained to the client’s use life cycle. You can delete the information according to your use.
4. Use of Information
Collected Information will be used for the purposes of:
- Enabling and optimizing the performance of AURREUM’s products;
- Internal research and development, including improving AURREUM’s products and services;
- License administration;
- Statistical analysis of product deployment
